I Can't Believe It!
We got a letter from Wacap today. On this - her GOTCHA DAY - we received our invite to go to the Thai Consulate in NY!!! This is a letter that typically takes months or up to a year to receive! Never ever expected it so soon! We didn't even get her birth certificate in yet. This means we are nearly done with all paperwork concerning Ruby's adoption! Now we just wait for her birth certificate to come in and then we go up to NY. And that's that! So funny that we got the letter today of all days. What a gift!

That is awesome news.
I soooo wish we would get ours. Our adoption is not able to be finalized until after we get our invite to the Thai embassy.
All I want is for everything to be complete and final.
Congratulations! Our nearest consulate was Chicago (LOVE Chicago), but NYC sounds like it would be loads of fun too!!!
